Study in Brighton and Hove shows value of Urban Food Production

City allotments could be as productive as conventional farms, research finds

The study carried out by Beth Nicholls took place on Brighton and Hove Allotments over 2 years and found that the cities allotments could be as productive as conventional farms. City allotments have the ability to rival the productivity of conventional farms.
