How to make a Development Fund Application

DEVELOPMENT FUND PROCEDURE

1. Download the application form below, or email the secretary to request a form.

Return the completed form to the secretary (preferably by email but handwritten (neatly!) is acceptable.

The application needs a majority of the committee for approval. The chair has casting vote if necessary.

Once approved, the treasurer will send an invoice to the Allotments Office. Normally, the funds appear in the federation bank account within one month of the invoice date.

Once received, the applicant will be informed and the funds transferred.

After the project has been completed, receipts or copies are sent to the treasurer.

Where appropriate, photographs of the completed project would be welcomed by the Federation
